Welcome to Videoster Inc (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services Overview

  •  The Platform serves as a marketplace for connecting local customers seeking videography services (“Customers”) with local videographers offering their services (“Videographers”).
  • The Platform facilitates communication, booking, and payment processing between Customers and Videographers.
  • Videoster Inc is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of the services provided by Videographers.”

3. Registration and User Accounts

  • Users must register for an account to access certain features of the Platform.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

4. Payment

  • Payments for services are processed through the Platform’s payment system.
  • Videoster Inc may collect fees or commissions on transactions, as outlined in our separate fee policy.
  • Payments are held in escrow until services are completed, and they will be released to the Videographer after successful completion, subject to any applicable fees or disputes.

5. Service Listings and Booking

  • Videographers are responsible for creating accurate and informative service listings, including pricing, availability, and service details.
  • Customers can book services through the Platform and agree to pay the specified fees.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy specified by the Videographer.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Users must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities on the Platform.
  • Users are responsible for any content they post on the Platform, including reviews and feedback.

7. Privacy and Data Security

  •  Videoster Inc collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how their data is collected and used.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Users agree to resolve disputes with other users through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in our separate dispute resolution policy.

9. Termination

  • Videoster Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Videoster Inc may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
  •  Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
